Example of a typical day
Meeting at 9AM at the club, for a departure in the boat all the way to the diving site, first dive for about an hour,
or more if you have enough air, back on the boat for lunch and rest. An hour later or more, back in the water for the second dive. If the dive site is close, we come back rest and eat in the club.
For the dive site further, we leave at 8 AM in order to be early on the site.
Most of the time, we are back at the diving club, by 1PM or 2PM. There, a warm coffee or tea is waiting for you. We have time to relax, discuss of the dives and what has been seen during the dives. We have books on the marine life you can look at. You still have the time to enjoy the beach or take a nap. You can also get a massage at the beach to recover from the dives..
Night dives starts at 7PM and are done in Blue Lagoon just 5mn from the club by boat.
The sunset is early at about 6:30 PM, but you have plenty of time after the dives.
For some dives like Tulamben and Amed, we leave by car to get to the diving sites, so the return will be later, around 3PM or 4PM.
For the visits, departure around 8AM-9AM and coming back before dawn. The only exception is if you want to walk up Batur volcano to see the sunrise, then departure at 3AM, but it is worth it ! The view is great and the walk of 2 hours, not very difficult. But up there it is quiet cold, so bring a sweater.
